About EPG
The Entrepreneurship for the Public Good (EPG) Program at Berea College creates a multi-year learning experience for undergraduate students to practice and implement Entrepreneurial Leadership in rural communities of Central Appalachia. EPG is currently in its 14 year as a program at Berea College and is managed and directed by Dr. Peter Hackbert. Every year, students are given multiple projects to work on to enhance various experiences that many will face through Appalachia. This Field Experience then provides skills that can be applied for students future ventures.
